Depending on what the user clicks on, the bot then prompts another set of options for the user to choose from and so on.\n\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Click on <strong>Add Trigger<\/strong> within the builder canvas to open the Message block tray<br \/><br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Trigger Name<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Provide your trigger a name to identify your trigger.<br \/><br \/>\t<strong>Initiate Conversation with<\/strong><br \/><br \/><strong>In Initiate Conversation<\/strong> with section, provide keyword(s) such as <strong>Hi, Hello<\/strong> etc. that will trigger a bot flow when a user sends that keyword to your bot.<br \/><br \/><strong>Bot Response<\/strong><br \/><br \/>In a <strong>Bot Response<\/strong> section, add a message that your bot will send back to the user such as a greeting or a welcome message in response to the user input . It can be a text, media or a template message.<br \/><br \/><strong>Bot Menu<\/strong><br \/><br \/>In <strong>Bot Menu<\/strong> section, you can navigate users  down a desired flow when user selects a menu option.
