One of the best thing about our subscription plans is flexibility. You are free to upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan at any time based on your needs, including in the middle of a billing period. When changing plans, we will by default prorate the subscription costs. For example, if you are on a $150 starter plan and is billed on the 1st of every month, you execute a plan change half way through the billing cycle (in this case, mid-month on a monthly cycle - e.g. the 15th of the 30 day month). In this case, you have already been charged half the plan fee (because you're in the middle of the month). When you switch to the new growth plan which has a price of $250.
- You will be charged for 15 days for Starter plan from your current billing cycle , in this case: $150 * (15 days used / 30 days total) = $75.
- The cost of the new Growth plan for the remaining billing cycle, in this case: $250* (15 days remaining / 30 days total) = $125.
- The final prorated cost of switching from the Starter to the Growth plan is: $75 + $125 = $200
